If you’ve already done so you can create an account on testnet using a faucet https://testnet-faucet.onflow.org/ and the keys for the account can be generate using flow CLI GitHub - onflow/flow-cli: The Flow CLI is a command-line interface that provides useful utilities for building Flow applications with command flow keys generate.
